Policies

1.  All Sales will require a prescription from your Medical Doctor. Equipment will no be shipped without a prescription on file.
2. We reserve the right to refuse service.
3. Portable Oxygen Concentrator Rentals will require a deposit that will be returned when the machine is returned in good working condition. All repair cost will be deducted from the deposit, if the machine is damaged during return shipping you the renter will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
4. PAP (positive airway pressure ) compliance reports can and will be sent to your ordering physician . We will download and fax or email or mail the report. Please allow 1 week ( PLAN AHEAD)
5. Your failure to plan ahead will not create an issue for myself and staff.
6. For new PAP users a technician will come to your home or place of business and setup and instruct you on safe and proper use of your equipment. Clients who have been using PAP and are comfortable with setting up the machine on there own will be given a discount. The pressure setting are an order from your Medical Doctor and will only be adjusted with a new prescription from your Medical Doctor. (no exception’s) don’t even bother asking.
7.  Portable Oxygen Concentrator will be shipped at least next day air , but please plan ahead and make sure that we have time to process your order and get it shipped to you.
8. All equipment will come with manufacturer warranty . We will assist you with obtaining warranty service .
